Pinker Pinker is the 2011 Cox Plate champion after overcoming a red hot field to claim victory in the Australasian weight for age championship.
Craig Williams got her into a sweet position in the early stages behind pace that was electric out in front.
From the gates Helmet jumped brilliantly and managed to work across and find the lead on the rails.
Glass Harmonium was nowhere to be seen as he missed the kick by two lengths and was forced to settle at the tail of the field.
Lion Tamer also pushed forward with Avienus not far away either.
Jimmy Choux had the box seat though and when they rounded the bend it was him that was the first to upstage Helmet.
In fact when he hit the lead it looked like he had the race in the bag but Pinker Pinker flew out of the pack to get him easily with just over a 100m to go.
Jimmy Choux held on for second spot ahead of Rekindled Interest which was made to go through a lot of traffic from back in the field but ran on well after finding some space.
The win by Pinker Pinker though was emphatic and a huge thrill to connections and of course trainer Greg Eurell.
“It’s hard to absorb at the moment, its really got to me, great experience,” he said.
“She just had nothing go wrong, she led into this absolutely perfect.
“She worked terrific Tuesday morning, been perfect since day one.”
For Williams it’s another huge win after claiming the Caulfield Cup on Saturday and the Geelong Cup on Wednesday.
He said he was a little anxious coming off the turn but as soon as she balanced up he knew it was game over.
“When she came out I though oh we’ve got to chase down Jimmy Choux…she just won with ease, she was on top of her game today,” he said.
“She was great, she was relaxed, when a run presented itself she was game.
“Everyone worked really hard to get the result.”
